• Restructured mature businesses to maximize their late life-cycle contribution.
• Negotiated complex, multi-million pound supply / licensing contracts at Senior VP / Board Level.
• Drove operational and R&D initiatives, particularly in areas relating to the supply chain and market focused innovation.

Following Akzo Nobel’s acquisition of ICI plc, Andrew integrated ICI’s industrial decoration business into the Akzo Industrial Finishes Division.
