Paul Godin

Change management and conflict mediation

Paul Godin is a change consultant, conflict mediator and learning coach skilled at building on strengths, communicating effectively and engaging others to stimulate personal and group excellence.

Paul has extensive experience clarifying role expectations; providing recommendations in complex situations; communicating to ensure consensus between stakeholders; and helping leaders define and implement best practices.

Some of the clients he has worked with include Manulife Financial, RBC, Bell Canada, TD Bank Financial Group, National Bank, IBM and Canada Post.

He has improved the performance of organizations by helping leaders: effectively manage change; navigate cultural shifts; implement new processes; and communicate to promote desired behaviour and actions.

Paul draws from his past business experience and strengths to generate enthusiasm and buy-in for initiatives. He conveys complex concepts in a meaningful way. He is tenacious at identifying opportunities, helping others, forging strong relationships and meeting challenging situations with innovative solutions.

As a strong communicator and problem solver with a positive attitude, Paul has the ability to manage ambiguity to promote clarity in order to gain improved performance and enhanced processes.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University. An avid learner, he has since taken several courses in negotiation skills, communication and business. Among his goals for 2010 is to begin a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention. He is perfectly bilingual in English and French.
