Program and process facilitation

Robert Beeho is an enthusiastic training consultant with over twenty years experience in the service industry and adult education. He is an approachable facilitator and excellent communicator who has the ability to explain concepts in easy-to-understand language.

Robert has facilitated workshops and delivered presentations to a wide variety of audiences ranging from entry-level employees to senior-level executives in Canada, the U.S.A., Mexico, Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and the West Indies. His focus includes Customer Service, Effective Communication Skills, Sales Skills, Performance Coaching, Leadership and ‘Train the Trainer’.  Robert’s expertise in these areas was honed during his many years experience in the retail and commercial divisions of one of Canada’s largest banks (CIBC).

Robert is also experienced in ‘process facilitation’, having worked internationally with The Toronto Leadership Centre on numerous seminars. Audiences for these programmes typically are senior financial regulators. Robert is privileged to have delivered these programmes domestically and abroad (International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, and Financial Stability Institute, Basel, Switzerland).

He has also developed and facilitated successful integrated training on customer service and performance coaching sessions for the insurance industry (Allianz Education Funds Inc.) and not-for-profit sector.
