BIOGRAPHY

Edmond is internationally recognized as an expert in the field of change and transition management.

He is the creator of the ORCHANGO Change Management System and the ORCHANGO Learn-and-Execute® System.

For over 20 years, he has helped various organizations in Europe, North America and the Middle East successfully adapt to change. He is a former corporate executive in the hospitality and technology sectors.

Edmond’s articles have appeared in leading business publications around the globe, such as Leadership Excellence in the USA or Effective Executive in India. He is also a guest columnist with Canadian HR Reporter.

The media regularly interview Edmond as an expert source – most recently The Globe and Mail, CBC, ROB Magazine in Canada; the BBC and Inside Knowledge in the U.K.; Le Figaro in France.

As a speaker, Edmond addresses audiences on change management, leadership development, multicultural teamwork and the art of influence.

Edmond serves on the Board of Directors of the Strategic Capability Network, the Canadian affiliate of HR | People & Strategy.

Edmond holds a Master of Engineering from the prestigious “Grandes Écoles” of France, and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Program. He is fluent in both English and French, and speaks some Spanish - his mother's native language.
