BIOGRAPHY
Specializing in change management, coaching and leadership development, Pascal brings strong international experience to the ORCHANGO team in facilitation and consulting, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude.
Pascal’s latest projects include travelling to Saudi Arabia to aid the Islamic Development Bank in the restructuring of its operations. He also frequently traveled to Switzerland to work with sanofi-aventis on developing influential skills. Pascal’s portfolio spans a variety of functions and industries with clients including Xerox, DHL, The Bank of Canada, Procter and Gamble and GE.
Pascal has over 15 years in corporate management experience. Acting as client director, he was formerly part of Mosaic Sales Solutions, an international organization that provides sales and marketing solutions for global brands.
During seven years, he worked on more than 30 projects involving restructuring sales forces, retail sales solutions, promotional events, corporate training and strategic marketing programs.
Enthusiastic and dedicated, Pascal is not afraid of “getting his hands dirty” and thrives on the most challenging of situations. He led, many times over, groups of his peers whether in the role of Lead Consultant, Master Trainer or Head Learning Coach, a testament to his strong leadership skills.
Pascal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and furthered his education in Economics and Sociology. He is fluently bilingual in French and English and is known as a people motivator with a down-to-earth style and a relentless focus on results. When he is not on the road, Pascal works from our Montreal office.
