Leading complex change from the inside, while turning managers into change management experts
During the 90's, Edmond Mellina established a strong reputation as a gifted manager of change. He was sought after by international organizations faced with complex transitions, in high pressure environments, who were in need of a proven change leader.
His clients included: Fairmont Hotels (Canada); Sage Information Consultants (USA); Delta Hotels (Canada); Hay Group (Canada); French Trade Commissions (Canada, United Kingdom); Sligos (France).
These organizations hired Edmond on long-term assignments, as change leader and transition executive. His mandates were two-fold:
- Define the change vision in collaboration with the other executives;
- Execute the change vision by assembling, leading and guiding cross-functional teams of middle managers as they rolled out the necessary changes across the organization.
While directing these complex change initiatives, Edmond worked diligently on helping his managers become true change experts – hence continuing to fulfill his passion for developing others. Next chapter...
