Starting TRANSITUS and gaining international recognition
The time had come to bring to market the two powerful systems that Edmond Mellina had developed throughout the 90's. In the spring of 2002, he and Marie-Claude Carignan founded our parent company – TRANSITUS Inc. – with a mission to provide learning and consulting solutions to master organizational change.
Sun Life Financial, Trader Media Corporation (now part of the Yellow Pages Group) and FundSERV Inc. were among the early clients of TRANSITUS.
Edmond wrote a series of articles for various print publications and online publishers, including: Leadership Excellence (USA); Canadian HR Reporter (Canada); Workopolis (Canada); HR.com (USA/Canada), Star Tribune (USA); Chief Officer (USA); The Manager (Germany); Inspiratienet (Netherlands); Effective Executive (India).
Our reputation was further solidified with the media regularly interviewing and quoting Edmond as an expert source, including: The Globe and Mail, the CBC and ROB Magazine in Canada; the BBC and Inside Knowledge in the United Kingdom; Le Figaro in France.
This media coverage contributed to TRANSITUS gaining international recognition as a leader in the field of change and transition management. However, our most important recognition came from our clients, who all provided glowing testimonials.
