Launching and expanding the ORCHANGO brand
We launched the ORCHANGO brand in late 2005 to put a stronger emphasis on the learning side of our business and its unique, world-class programs. We moved all learning products and services under the ORCHANGO banner, while continuing to run our change management consulting practice under the TRANSITUS Consulting name.
In early 2006 Pascal Karsenty – whom had previously collaborated with us on a series of client engagements – joined our senior leadership team.
With the launch of ORCHANGO, we renewed our commitment to ensure our flagship ROLLING OUT COMPLEX CHANGE INITIATIVES program remained unmatched in the industry. We invested in a major upgrade, to the delight of JMP Engineering (Canada) and the Islamic Development Bank (Saudi Arabia) – who were the firsts to benefit from the new version of the program.
In the fall of 2010, we decided to consolidate all our primary activities (i.e. learning, consulting and speaking) under the ORCHANGO brand – which was previously reserved for our learning division. As a result of this change, TRANSITUS Consulting was renamed ORCHANGO Consulting.
