Our business is change. We offer unique, world-class learning programs especially developed for organizations in transition. They are currently available in English and French.
The ORCHANGO programs are available as internal programs, as opposed to public-enrolment courses.

Our programs are based on two proprietary systems:

- ORCHANGO Change Management System™ – a unique methodology to lead organizational change and manage transitions successfully. It features a Master’s Toolkit that is very practical and “battle-tested”. The system stems from over two decades of extensive work with organizational change – in the real world, across industries and around the globe. It is the source of our international reputation.

The ORCHANGO programs fall into one of two categories:
- Programs for change management – including our flagship Change Master Program, which is unmatched in the learning industry.
- Programs on other topics – with a special focus on the issues that are particularly relevant to organizations experiencing change.
Furthermore, we support conference organizers and meeting planners through a collection of presentations on change management, leadership development, multicultural teamwork, the generation clash, or the art of influence.
FLEXIBility
We accommodate our client's preferences and evolving needs through various licensing and delivery options.
There are four ways to deliver our programs to an organization:
- Through our team of ORCHANGO Learning Coaches.
- Through one of our licensed value-added resellers.
- Through the client's internal coaches or facilitators – once they have successfully completed our certification process (train the trainer).
- Through a combination of the above approaches.
