  • Edmond Mellina spoke every year since 2004 at the Ryerson University Executive Leadership Program, a partnership between Ryerson University (www.ryerson.ca) and The CIO Summit (www.ciosummit.com). The topic of his session is: “Managing Change: Achieving Positive Outcomes Through Direct Action.
  • Edmond Mellina presented at a 2009 event of Toronto Software Process Improvement Network (www.torontospin.com). The session was titled: “Evolving the Team Dynamics During Change – Delta Hotels case”.
  • Edmond Mellina co-presented with a client – Brian Hughes, Vice-President HR at JMP Engineering – at a 2008 event jointly organized by the Strategic Capability Network and the Financial Executive International (www.scnetwork.ca; www.feicanada.org). The title of the session was: “Learning to Navigate the Sea of Change – a Case Study of Change Management Impact”.
  • Edmond Mellina was the keynote speaker at the annual 2008 conference of the London chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association (www.hrpa.ca). The theme of the event was: "Being an Employer of Choice: the HR Influence". Edmond kicked off the day with a keynote address titled: "Unleash your Power to Influence".
