TRANSITUS Inc., a firm with world-class expertise in change management that specializes in helping organizations adapt to change, is pleased to announce the re-branding of its consulting division. Effective December 1st 2010, TRANSITUS Consulting will become ORCHANGO Consulting.
The name change results from TRANSITUS' decision to consolidate all its primary activities (i.e. learning, consulting and speaking) under the ORCHANGO brand – which was previously reserved for its learning division.
As part of the process, ORCHANGO will also change its tagline to: "World-class change management."
"We launched the ORCHANGO brand in late 2005 to put a stronger emphasis on the learning side of our business and its unique, world-class programs", explained TRANSITUS president Edmond Mellina. "The ORCHANGO name did a great job at highlighting our learning activities. However, building and maintaining multiple brands is inefficient. It consumes resources we would rather invest in program or corporate development."
ORCHANGO principal Pascal Karsenty added: "We usually end up providing both learning programs and consulting services to client organizations. Using a different brand for each offering can be confusing to our clients – especially when our learning programs and consulting services are combined to form a multi-pronged solution. With one brand, things will be much simpler!"
Mellina commented on the new tagline: "Now that ORCHANGO is about more than just learning, the tagline had to change. We wanted to keep the new tagline short and simple. The statement we chose describes our overall specialty – i.e. change management – and highlights the world-class nature of our programs and services, which sets us apart from most of our competition."
The re-branding will be completed by December 1st 2010. Once done, visitors to the www.transitusconsulting.com website will be redirected to an updated version of www.orchango.com. Messages sent to an existing e-mail address on the "transitusinc.com" or "transitusconsulting.com" domains will be redirected to an e-mail address with the same prefix on the "orchango.com" domain. For example, e-mails to "emellina@transitusinc.com" will be sent to "emellina@orchango.com".
